Every Enzoco home is build with the same high quality standards. Whether its a 1500 sq ft ranch or a 6000 sq ft colonial, every home is built with the same subcontractors as well as the same integrity that has given Enzoco the reputation it is known for.

Items that do effect the final price, aside from overall size, are finish amenities. Items like granite tops verse. Formica. Or brick exterior verse vinyl siding. Again, these items do not effect the integrity or quality of the home, they simply are upgraded items that can be mixed or matched in your final proposal.

Being a true custom builder, standard specifications regarding finishes are based on the customers request. There is no set standards in any price range or size of home.

For simplicity and comparison purposes, we have broken our specification down into two separate categories; The Heritage Series and The Legacy Series.

Again, any of these features can be added or deleted in your final proposal. Again, custom means you tell us what to include in your price.
