We offer a portfolio of exciting floorplans carefully selected for their beauty and livability, and will assist you in selecting your ideal plan. If desired, we can also further modify any floor plan to meet your needs. If you have already selected a house plan, fax or e-mail it to us and we will give you a no-obligation quote within 24 hours.

We handle all construction financing; simply obtain an end loan commitment. If you own a home site already, we will use that as your deposit. If you are building on one of our home sites, our down-payment requirement is minimal.

Once we establish the price, Enzoco handles all the drawings – no need to spend a penny on blueprints.
